摘要：强直性脊柱炎是一种以骶髂关节和脊柱慢性炎症为主的周身性疾病,发病隐匿,病情极为复杂,该病发展到后期,致使脊柱强直畸形、活动受限等。西药在治疗该病方面不外乎非甾体类抗炎药、抗风湿药、糖皮质激素及一些生物制剂等,其副作用和不良反应、昂贵的价格限制了患者对其长期的依从性。目前中药复方防治强直性脊柱炎已取得一定成效,其重要作用也引起学者的关注。实验研究和临床应用报道,通过抑制成纤维细胞、调节BMP/Smads信号通道、调节炎性因子和免疫功能及抗氧化等方面进行治疗,该文对中药复方防治强直性脊柱炎的研究进展进行综述。
Ankylosing spondylitis is a systematic disease characterized by the chronic inflammation of the spine and the related joints. The disease develops occultly,and in the later stage it result in the deformity of the spine and the restriction of the activity.The conventional medicine including NSAIDs,anti-rheumatoid drugs,and glucocorticoids has limited effect and the prognosis is poor. At present,the prevention of ankylosing spondylitis with Chinese medicine has been successful,and its important role has attracted the attention of the scholars. In experimental study and clinical application,Chinese medicine inhibits fibroblasts,regulates BMP/Smads signal channel,and adjusts the immune function,inflammatory factors,and antioxidants. This paper summarizes the research progress of TCM prevention and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
