摘要:探讨了NaNO3Se(Ⅳ)Fe(Ⅱ)络合物体系催化光度法测定痕量硒的实验条件,并测定了中药红芪中硒的含量.在湿法分解样品时,加入铜稳定剂以固定硒,防止硒在样品分解时损失.
A simple and sensitive method for the determination of trace selenium by catalyic spectrophotometry has been studied.The method was applied to determination of selenium in Hedysarum polybotrys Chinese herbal medicine.In this work,Cu was added to the acid to stabilize Se in the decomposition process.
