摘要：帕金森病是一种神经系统变性疾病,显著特征是脑内多巴胺的缺乏或减少,病因和发病机制复杂,至今尚未彻底明确。中医学对帕金森病的认识详于肝肾而略于脾胃,现从“脾阴”出发,提出“土虚木揺”是帕金森病的病机特征,并从“菌-肠-脑”轴进行了分析,指出帕金森病治疗中需要“肝脾同治”。
Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by a lack or reduction of dopamine in the brain.The etiology and pathogenesis are complex and have not been thoroughly clarified.The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine is detailed in the liver and kidney but slightly in the spleen and stomach.Based on the theory of"spleen yin",this article puts forward that"soil deficiency and wood shake"is the pathogenic characteristics of Parkinson's disease,analyzes this viewpoint from the"bacteria-gut-brain"axis,also points out that the simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen is needed in the intervention of Parkinson's disease.
