摘要：目的:观察关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的160例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为2组。Ⅰ组78例,采用关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗;Ⅱ组82例,采用关节腔冲洗治疗。治疗1个疗程后采用Shahriaree标准对两组患者的疗效进行评定。结果:Ⅰ组疗效优于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.090,P=0.037)。结论:关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of intra-articular irrigation combined with intra-articular injection of Cervus and Cucumis polypeptide on knee osteoarthritis（KO）.Methods：160 KO patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.78 cases in groupⅠwere administrated with intra-articular irrigation combined with intra-articular injection of Cervus and Cucumis polypeptide,while the others in groupⅡwere administrated with intra-articular irrigation.The curative effect was evaluated according to Shahriaree standard after one course of treatment.Results：The curative effect of groupⅠwas better than that of groupⅡ,there was statistical difference between the 2 groups（Z=-2.090,P=0.037）.Conclusion：The method of intra-articular irrigation combined with intra-articular injection of Cervus and Cucumis polypeptide has a satisfactory curative effect on knee osteoarthritis.
