摘要:目的观察针刺对弱视儿童视觉功能的影响。方法 16例弱视儿童组成弱视组,主穴取双侧睛明、攒竹、风池、光明穴,睛明穴不行提插捻转手法,其余主穴用平补平泻法,每天针刺1次,10次为一疗程,共治疗4个疗程。正常组(20例)行视力及P-VEP P100波潜伏期及振幅的检测;弱视组于治疗前后分别检测视力及P-VEP P100波潜伏期及振幅。结果针刺后弱视组儿童的矫正视力明显提高,总体有效率为69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);弱视组在治疗后P-VEP P100波潜伏期缩短而振幅升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗能够提高弱视儿童的矫正视力;针刺干预可以调节弱视儿童的视神经传导功能,同时改善大脑皮层对于视觉刺激的反应,值得在临床推广应用。P-VEP对弱视的临床诊断和疗效检测具有非常重要的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy on visual function of amblyopia children.Methods 16 cases of amblyopia children were divided into amblyopia group. The main acupoints were selected from both sides of Jingming, Cuanzhu, Fengchi and Guangming acupoints. Jingming points could not be lifted, inserted and twisted. The other main acupoints were treated with the method of flat tonifying and reducing, acupuncture once a day and 10 times as a course of treatment, totally 4 courses of treatment. Visual acuity, latency and amplitude of P-VEP P100 wave were measured in normal group(20 cases), and visual acuity and P-VEP P100 wave latency and amplitude were measured in amblyopia group before and after treatment. Results after acupuncture, the corrected visual acuity of amblyopia children was significantly improved, with an overall effective rate of 69%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In amblyopia group, the latency of P-VEP P100 wave was shortened and the amplitude was increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can improve the corrected visual acuity of children with amblyopia. Acupuncture therapy can regulate the optic nerve conduction function of children with amblyopia and improve the reaction of cerebral cortex to visual stimulation, which is worthy of clinical application. P-VEP plays a very important role in the clinical diagnosis and curative effect detection of amblyopia.
