摘要：就我国中医药国际贸易的现状、电子商务对中医药贸易带来的影响及电子商务相关的法律法规问题进行分析、总结,希望能对基于电子商务平台的中医药贸易发展和研究提供参考和借鉴作用。
Present situation of international trade of traditional Chinese medicine, influence of electrical commerce on trade of traditional Chinese medicine and laws and regulations related to electrical commerce in our coun-try are analyzed and generalized, hoping that it can provide reference for the trading development and research of traditional Chinese medicine that is based on the electrical commerce.
