摘要：多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期及青春期女性常见的内分泌紊乱综合征,亦为妇科难治性疾病之一。中医认为冲任二脉在女性生殖生理中起到至关重要的核心作用,现本文从"任通冲盛"理论来论述多囊卵巢综合征的中医病因病机及在"任通冲盛"理论指导下的治疗,以期为多囊卵巢综合征的临床诊治提供新的思路。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disorder syndrome in women of reproductive age and adolescence.According to traditional chinese medicine,conception channel and thoroughfare channel play a crucial role in female reproductive physiology.Based on the theory of"conception channel is freeing,and thoroughfare channel is vigorous",this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS and the treatment under the guidance of this theory.so as to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
