摘要：细胞质多聚腺苷酸结合蛋白(PABPC)4是一种多功能的RNA结合蛋白,与m RNA 3’端的多聚腺苷酸尾和AU富集基序结合,保护m RNA免受去烯基化和随后的降解,在基因表达调控中起重要作用。近年来,PABPC4在肿瘤发生和发展、病毒感染及多种疾病中发挥重要作用。本文系统总结PABPC4的结构、生物学功能,以及其在代谢、病毒感染、肿瘤发生和子痫前期中的作用,为深入理解PABPC4的生物学意义和潜在临床应用提供参考,为未来疾病的预防、诊断、治疗提供理论依据。
Cytoplasmic poly(A)binding protein(PABPC)4 is a multifunctional RNA binding protein that binds to poly(A)tail and AU rich motifs at the 3’end of mRNA,protecting mRNA from deadenylation and subsequent degradation,and playing a crucial role in gene expression regulation.In recent years,PABPC4 has played an important role in occurrence and development of tumors,viral infection,and various diseases.This article systematically summarizes structure,biological functions of PABPC4,as well as its roles in metabolism,viral infection,tumorigenesis,and preeclampsia,provides a reference for a deeper understanding of biological significance and potential clinical applications of PABPC4,and provides a theoretical basis for future disease prevention,diagnosis,and treatment.
