摘要：目的:研究参苓白术散对脾虚证小鼠血清淀粉酶、D-木糖、胃泌素含量及小肠组织细胞形态变化的影响,并探讨参苓白术散治疗脾虚证的机制。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、利血平模型组、利血平﹢参苓白术散低剂量组、利血平﹢参苓白术散高剂量组。观察各组小鼠体征改变,测定血清淀粉酶和D-木糖的含量、放免法测定血清胃泌素含量、观察小肠组织细胞形态变化。结果:参苓白术散小剂量1.5g/(kg.d)可以改善模型小鼠的体征、血清淀粉酶、D-木糖、胃泌素的含量增加、使模型小鼠小肠病理改变得以很好的恢复。结论:参苓白术散能通过影响动物小肠的吸收、分泌功能及胃和胰腺的分泌功能及修复损伤的小肠组织细胞起到治疗脾虚证的作用。
Research Shenlingbaizhu Powder on serum amylase spleen, D-xylose, gastrin levels and intestinal cell morphology changesof spleen asthenia syndrome mice,Texplore Shenlingbaizhu Powder＇s treatment mechanism with spleen deficiency. Methods： Kunming white mice were randomly divided into four groups： natural contrast group;model group; low-dose group;high-dose group. Observe mice in each group of general manifestation change, measured serum amylase and D-xylose levels,by radioimmunoassay measured serum gastrin levels. Ob- serve the morphological changes of intestinal mucosa cells. Results ： Shenlingbaizhu Powder can improve the signs of mice,increased levels of serum amylase, D-xylose gastrin, pathological changes in the small intestine of mice to a good recovery. Conclusion ： Shenlingbaizhu Powder through the affected animal intestinal absorption and secretion, gastric and pancreatic secretion, repair intestinal tissue damage play a role in treatment of spleen deficiency.
