摘要：目的比较腹腔镜与传统开腹两种手术方式对直肠癌患者的术后性功能影响的差异。方法计算机检索近10年来在中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学数据库,Cochrane library、Em-base、PubMed等数据库上公开发表的关于腹腔镜对比传统开腹手术治疗直肠癌患者的随机对照试验(RCTs)文献,严格按标准筛选后依据Cochrane系统评价员手册4.2文献质量评价方法评价纳入研究质量,最后用RevMan 4.2软件进行系统评价。结果纳入研究的两组数据间存在异质性:I2=68%,采用Z检验:Z=1.45(P=0.15),合并效应量有统计学意义。结论两种术式在直肠癌患者术后性功能障碍方面无显著性差异,但还需要大量的、多中心的随机对照试验(RCTs)进一步证实。
Objective To compare the different of laparoscopic and open surgery on sexual function of patients with rectal cancer. Methods The published randomized controlled trims （RCTs） in the last decade of comparing sexual function between laparoseopci and open surgery in patients with rectal cancer were retrieved according Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions from CSFD, Wanfang, CJFD, CBM Data and EMbase, PubMed. The RevMan 4.2 software was used for data analyses. Results The data were included have the heterogeneity. Z test： Z = 1.45 （ P = 0. 15 ）, the effects were statistical significance. Conclusion There was no significantly different in the sexual function between the laparoseopic and open surgery. But the results required further investigation.
