摘要：原发性痛经(primary dysmenorrhea,PD)是女性生殖内分泌疾病中常见的顽症之一,目前发病机制尚不明确。西医治疗原发性痛经即时止痛效果佳但疼痛易反复,中医药治疗原发性痛经有独特优势,临床主要分为肾气亏损、气血虚弱、气滞血瘀、寒凝血瘀及湿热蕴结等,其中以寒凝血瘀型较为常见;因此,临床上多采用中西医结合治疗原发性痛经来有效减缓患者疼痛反复的频率等。文章通过整理分析近年来运用中药内服、针刺、艾灸、推拿、等中医药传统治疗方法联合现代医学治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的文献,以期为临床诊疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经提供参考。
Primary Dysmenorrhea(PD)is one of the most common female reproductive endocrine diseases,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Western medicine has a good immediate analgesic effect on primary dysmenorrhea,but the pain is easy to repeat.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,which is mainly divided into kidney qi deficit,qi and blood weakness,qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold coagulation blood stasis and damp-heat accumulation,among which cold coagulation blood stasis type is more common.Therefore,the clinical use of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat primary dysmenorrhea to effectively reduce the frequency of pain recurrence.In order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,this article collates and analyzes the literature of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis in recent years.
