摘要：早期血管老化是累及心血管疾病的渐进性病理过程。沉默信息调节蛋白2相关酶1(SIRT1)参与调控血管的发生发育,本文就SIRT1在预防早期血管老化中的作用及在高血压中的应用前景做一综述。
Early vascular aging is a progressive pathological process involving cardiovascular disease.In recent years,It was found that silencing of silent information regulator factor 2-related enzyme 1(SIRT1)is involved in the regulation of vascular health and development.This article reviews SIRT1 in the prevention of early vascular aging and application prospects in hypertension.
