摘要：综合竞争力能有效衡量一个区域的经济发展水平,甘肃省具有得天独厚的区位优势、自然资源、人文底蕴,然而甘肃省在全国的经济发展水平却整体靠后。为了对甘肃省综合竞争力进行实证分析,文章运用王秉安竞争力评价体系,选取甘肃省2019年14个市(州)综合竞争力6个方面的相关数据,对全省综合竞争力进行了实证分析,发现庆阳市T值(223.40)最高,在14个市(州)中最具有综合竞争力,而作为省会城市的兰州市T值为50.85,位列第七,金昌市39.60,最低,由此可以看出,甘肃省的竞争力普遍比较低,两极分化比较严重。因此建议通过加大对金昌市、嘉峪关市、庆阳市的科技投入和技术支持,迅速促进当地的第三产业发展,努力向产业高级化迈进;坚持以兰州市、兰州新区为发展引擎,依托国家投入的技术、资金优势,不断强化辐射带动能力,推进建设城市群一体化,着力提升整体竞争力。
Comprehensive competitiveness serves as an effective indicator of the economic development of a region.Although Gansu Province has unique geographical advantages,and is rich in natural resources along with cultural heritage,its economic development is relatively low in China.Based on Wang Bingan’s evaluation system of competitiveness,the paper conducts an empirical analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness of Gansu province with the data on comprehensive competitiveness in 6 aspects of 14 selected cities(states)in Gansu province in 2019.The results are as follows.Qingyang has the highest T value(223.40)and is the most comprehensively competitive among 14 cities(states);while the T value of Lanzhou as the provincial capital city is 50.85,ranking seventh,and Jinchang 39.60,being the lowest of the 14 in comprehensive competitiveness.It can be seen that Gansu province is generally low in competitiveness and seriously polarized.Therefore,it is suggested that technological investment and technical support be increased in Jinchang City,Jiayuguan City and Qingyang City to promote the development of the local tertiary industry to optimize the industry.Relying on the technology and capital invested by the nation,we should continuously improve the thrust of Lanzhou and Lanzhou New Area as the development engine to push forward the integration of urban agglomeration and improve the whole competitiveness of the province.
