摘要:采用含联苯结构环氧树脂3,3’,5,5'-四甲基联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚(TMBP)与层间距为1.0657tim的有机凹凸棒土(O—ATP)进行插层复合,并选用芳香型固化剂4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM),制备了TMBP/O—ATP/DDM~米复合材料。采用综合热分析仪研究体系的热学性能显示:未ado—ATP与加入比较,TG#I]DTA曲线中100℃及350℃时表现的热力学性能存在显著差异。采用激光光散射仪研究O-ATP的质量分数(1茗、3%、5名、7%、9名)对其在环氧树脂中的插层及剥离行为的影响。结果表明:在O-ATP的质量分数(5名)较低时才能得到剥离型纳米复合材料。DX-202型倒置生物显微镜观察显示:添aDO—ATP后,复合材料的断面出现的拉丝状较少,断裂面不存在延性断裂,团聚现象不显著,表观形貌均一。采用含联苯结构环氧树脂3,3’,5.5'-四甲基联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚(TMBP)与层间距为1.0657nm的有机凹凸棒土(O—ATP)进行插层复合,并选用芳香型固化剂4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM),制备了TMBP/O—ATP/DDM纳米复合材料。采用综合热分析仪研究体系的热学性能显示:未}J1]O-ATP与加入比较,TG和DTA曲线中100℃及350℃时表现的热力学性能存在显著差异。采用激光光散射仪研究O—ATP的质量分数(1茗、3鬈、5%、7茗、9茗)对其在环氧树脂中的插层及剥离行为的影响。结果表明:在O-ATP的质量分数(5%)较低时才能得到剥离型纳米复合材料。DX-202型倒置生物显微镜观察显示:添加O—ATP后,复合材料的断面出现的拉丝状较少,断裂面不存在延性断裂,团聚现象不显著,表观形貌均一。
Using epoxy resin containing biphenyl structure 3,3' ,5,5' -tetramethyl-diphenyl diglycidyl ether(TMBP) and organic attapulgite(O ATP) layer spacing of 1.0657nm intercalated composite, and selects the aromatic type curing agent 4,4'-diamino diphenyl methane(DDM), was prepared by TMBP/O-ATP/DDM nanocomposites. System of comprehensive thermal analyzer were carried out to study the thermal performance of display: Without O-ATP compared with join, TG and DTA curves of 100℃ and 350℃ when the thermodynamic performance exist significant differences in the performance. With laser light scattering instrument research O-ATP the mass fraction (1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%) of the inserted layer and the influence of stripping behavior of epoxy resin. The results show that the mass fraction of O-ATP (5%) is lower to get stripping type nanocomposites. DX- 202 type inverted biological microscope observation showed that after adding O-ATP, the cross section of the composite of filamentous less, fracture does not exist ductile fracture, reunion phenomenon is not significant, apparent morphology of uniform.
