摘要：目的:对镰形棘豆氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及挥发油4个部位进行提取并对各提取物进行止咳、祛痰的药效比较研究。方法:通过小鼠氨水引咳实验观察各提取物的止咳作用;通过小鼠气管酚红排泌实验观察各提取物的祛痰作用。结果:与正常对照组比较,镰形棘豆各提取物组均能显著延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数(P<0.01或P<0.05),并增加小鼠气道酚红排泌量(P<0.01)。结论:镰形棘豆氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及挥发油4个部位提取物均具有止咳、祛痰的作用,尤以氯仿提取物作用效果最好。
Objective： To extract chloroform , ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and volatile oil from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou （Oxytropis falcata Bunge.） and com pare the effects of different extracts. Methods： Mice models were induced by ammonia and administered with the extracts to observe the functions of stopping the cough; its function of dispelling the phlegm was observed by phenol sulfonphthalein excretion method in trachea of mice. Results： Compared with norm al control group,different extracts from LianXing JiDou could obviously prolong the incubation period ofcough and reduce the times ofcough （P＆lt;0.01 or P＆lt;0.05）,and increase phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice （P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：Chloroform ,ethylacetate,n-butylalcoholand volatile oil from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou could stop the cough and dispel the phlegm , especially the extracts of chloroform show ing the besteffects.
