摘要：随着现代医学技术的不断进步以及手术量的增加,手术室护士的职业倦怠现象显著增加。对手术室护士职业倦怠的相关文献进行综述,分析手术室护士职业倦怠的现状及其主要的影响因素,并从个体因素、工作环境因素、组织管理因素等,提出相应的干预措施,为改善护士的工作环境、提升职业满意度以及促进护士心理健康提供依据和参考。
With the continuous advancement of modern medical technology and the increase in surgical procedures,the phenomenon of occupational burnout among operating room nurses has significantly risen.This paper reviews the relevant literature on occupational burnout among operating room nurses,analyzing the current status and main influencing factors of this issue.It proposes corresponding intervention measures from individual factors,work environment factors,and organizational management factors,providing a basis and reference for improving the working environment of nurses,enhancing job satisfaction,and promotin g the mental health of nurses.
