摘要：目的探讨产后再孕安全教育对剖宫产术后产妇再次妊娠选择的影响。方法便利取样选择2013年4月至2015年3月在某院产科行剖宫产术的产妇120例作为研究对象,根据入院时间前后将其分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规产后教育,观察组通过开设"好孕大讲堂"、发放"再孕安全册"、建立"孕妈微信交流群"等多种形式给予剖宫产术产妇再次妊娠安全教育,并对两组产妇健康教育结果及再孕情况进行跟踪调查。结果观察组产妇对再孕时限、意外妊娠风险、避孕方式选择、健康性生活、如何监测排卵掌握程度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2年内,观察组产妇再孕率为5.00%(3/60)、人工流产率为8.33%(5/60)、平均再孕时间为(1.92±0.46)年,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论再孕安全教育可提高剖宫产术后产妇再次妊娠相关知识知晓程度,有助于减少其短时再孕率、人工流产率,并合理延长再孕时间。
Objective To explore the effect of safety education for postpartum pregnancy on the choice of second pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods By convenience sampling,120 cesarean section patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional postpartum education;and the observation group was given the safety education of cesarean section by offering good pregnancy lecture,issuing pregnancy safety book,establishing pregnant mother WeChat group and so on.The outcome of health education and the status of re-pregnancy were evaluated.ResultsThe maternal pregnancy duration,the risk of accidental pregnancy,contraception,healthy sex life,and the mastery of ovulation monitoring in observation group were higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Within 2 years of education,the maternal pregnancy rate was 5.00%（3/60）,the abortion rate was 8.33%（5/60）,and the average pregnancy time was（1.92±0.46）in the observation group,these were lower than that of control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusions Re-pregnancy safety education can improve the awareness of the knowledge related to pregnancy after cesarean section,which is beneficial to reduce the short-term re-pregnancy rate,artificial abortion rate,and prolong the time of re-pregnancy.
