摘要：目的 分析甘肃省城乡居民传染病健康素养的水平。方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对甘肃省8个县区2136名15～69岁常住人口开展问卷调查。结果 甘肃省城乡居民具备传染病健康素养的总体水平为15.0%。城乡居民、不同年龄组、文化程度、收入水平人群间具备传染病素养的比例不同。城市居民为21.6%,农村居民为11.0%,城市高于农村（P〈0.05）;25～34岁年龄组最高,为22.0%,65～69岁年龄组最低,为8.1%;具备传染病健康素养的比例随文化程度和收入水平的提高而升高。结论 甘肃省城乡居民具备传染病健康素养的总体水平偏低,针对不同人群开展有针对性的健康教育活动,提高居民健康素养水平,是加强传染病防控的有效手段。
Objeetive To analyze the overall level of health literacy on communieable diseases among urban and rural residents in Gansu Province. Methods By using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method, 2136 urban and rural residents aged 15 -69 from 8 counties were selceted to participate the questionnaire survey. Results The over all level of health literacy on communicable diseases was 15.0%. There were significant differences found in different area residents, different age groups and different educational and income levels. The rate of urban residents was 21.6% , higher than that of rural residcnts with the rate of 11.0% （P 〈 0. 05）. The 25 to 34 - year-old group was the highest with the rate of 22% among different age groups, while 65 to 69 - year-old age group with the lowest rate （8. 1% ）. The rate of the health literacy on communicable disease prevention increased with the educational degree and income levels. Conclusion The overall level of health literacy on communicable diseases was relatively low. Strengthening health education, canoeing out health education activities for different groups of people and improving their health literacy level are effective methods to communicable disease prevent and control.
