摘要：目的:观察经筋毫针刺法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例膝骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为经筋针刺组与普通针刺组各30例。经筋针刺组取膝关节周围病灶结节为主,根据结节形态施以关刺、齐刺针法,配穴常规针刺,普通针刺组以膝眼、梁丘、阳陵泉、血海、大杼为主并辨证配穴,在以上穴位常规针刺,2组均留针30min,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,疗程间休息1 d。3个疗程后,比较患者WOMAC量表积分并观察各组疗效。结果:经筋针法组有效率96.67%(29/30),优于普通针刺组76.67%(23/30),2组患者WOMAC量表积分较治疗前均有明显降低,且经筋针法组积分低于普通针刺组,差异有统计学意义。结论:经筋毫针刺法能明显改善膝骨性关节炎WOMAC量表积分,临床疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment the knee osteoarthritis based on muscle meridian theory. Methods： With stratified block randomization,60 patients accorded with inclusive criteria were divided into a muscle meridian acupuncture group and a ordinary acupuncture group,30 cases of each group. In muscle meridian acupuncture group,joint needling and triple puncture was applied at muscle meridian focal point around the knee joint,combined with the acupoint based on the muscle meridian syndrome differentiation; In ordinary acupuncture group,primary acupoint is Xiyan（ EX-LE4）,Liangqiu（ ST 34）,Ylingquan（ GB 34）,Xuehai（ SP 10）,Dazhu（ BL11）,combined with the acupoint based on the syndrome differentiation. In each group,acupuncture was given 30 min per time,once a day,10-day treatment was made a course and there is one day to have a break between courses. After 3 courses,changes of assessment index（ WOMAC） and clinical effects were observed. Results： The total effective rate of muscle meridian acupuncture group was 96. 67%（ 29/30）,which was better than 76. 67%（ 23/30）,in the ordinary acupuncture group apparently; Compared with before treatment assessment index（ WOMAC） scale of two groups are decrease significantly,and the scale of muscle meridian acupuncture group was lower than ordinary acupuncture group. Conclusion： The muscle meridian acupuncture can decrease assessment index（ WOMAC） of the knee osteoarthritis patients,and the clinical efficacy is definite.
