摘要：《辅行诀五脏用药法要》大、小补泻汤应用十分广泛,且临床疗效显著。《辅行诀五脏用药法要》被划分为五行的药物只有二十五味,在运用其组方时容易因药物出现频率高,容易记错药物与药量等情况,医者不愿使用或运用不当,不能充分发挥其价值。文章依据《辅行诀五脏用药法要》的组方内在规律,将有关大、小补泻汤在组方盘上进行推算,使其更快、更直观地推出诸方药味组成。同时发现,二十五味药的药味组成及其五形属性是揭开大、小补泻汤及大、小救误汤诸方原始版本之迷的关键,在此基础上,依据《汤液经法图》与大、小补泻汤组方规则所得方剂可最大程度近于原卷,但须进一步研究。
Da Bu Xie Decoction and Xiao Bu Xie Decoction in Fuxing Jue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao are widely used,and their clinical effect is remarkable.There are only 25 kinds of medicines divided into the five elements in Fuxing Jue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao.When using its formula,it is easy to make mistakes in medication and dosage due to the high frequency occurrence of medicine.Doctors are unwilling to use or use it improperly,and cannot maximiae its value.The article is based on the inherent rules of the formula composition in the Fuxing Jue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao,and calculates the composition of various herbal formulas for Da,Xiao Bu Xie Decoction on the formula plate,so that it can introduce the composition of various prescriptions faster and more intuitively.At the same time,it was found that the composition of the medicinal flavors of the twenty-five herbs and their five-shape properties are the key to uncoverling the mystery of the original versions of Da,Xiao Bu Xie Decoction and Da,Xiao Jiuwu Decoction.Based on this,according to the Tangye Jingfa Tu and the rules of Da,Xiao Bu Xie Decoction formula composition,the formula obtained can be as close as possible to the original volume,but further research is needed.
