摘要:神经系统疾病在全球范围内已成为威胁人类健康的重大公共卫生挑战,而异甘草素(ISL)作为一种天然化合物,在神经修复和对抗神经系统疾病中展现出潜在作用。该化合物通过其抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节以及促进神经细胞生长和减少神经细胞凋亡等多方面的药理机制,显示出在治疗多种神经系统疾病上的广泛应用前景。动物模型研究表明,ISL能够改善阿尔茨海默病、创伤性颅脑损伤、蛛网膜下腔出血等模型动物的病理生理机制过程,为人类神经系统疾病治疗中的应用提供了基础。本文主要总结目前国内外有关ISL在神经损伤领域的研究现状,为神经系统疾病的治疗提供新思路与潜在策略。
Neurological disorders have become a serious public health challenge in today's society,and isoliquiritigenin(ISL),as a natural compound,has shown potential roles in neurorepair and combating neurological diseases.This compound demonstrates broad therapeutic prospects for various neurological disorders through multiple pharmacological mechanisms,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,immune-regulating effects,promoting neuronal growth,and reducing neuronal apoptosis.Studies in animal models have shown that isoliquiritigenin can improve the pathophysiological processes in models of Alzheimer's disease,traumatic brain injury,and subarachnoid hemorrhage,providing a foundation for its application in the treatment of human neurological diseases.This article mainly summarizes the current domestic and international research on ISL in the field of neural injury,offering new insights and potential strategies for the treatment of neurological disorders.
