摘要:冬凌草为唇形科香茶属植物,性微寒,有活血止痛、解热降噪和清热解毒的功效,近年来研究发现其主要活性成分冬凌草甲素具有降压、抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗凋亡、增强机体免疫等多种药理作用。基于现代医学研究,从核因子κB(NF-κB)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)和NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)等信号通路方面,对冬凌草甲素在呼吸系统炎症、消化系统炎症、神经性炎症、肾损伤性炎症、血管炎等疾病抗炎作用机制的研究进展进行综述,为研究与开发以冬凌草甲素为原料的抗炎新药提供参考。
Rabdosia rubescens is a plant of the Labiatae family. It is mildly cold and has the function of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, relieving heat and detoxifying, In recent years, studies have been found that its main active ingredient oridonin has a variety of pharmacological effects, such as antihypertensive, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-tumor, anti-apoptosis and enhancing the body′s immunity. Based on modern medical research, from the nuclear factor κB(NF-κB), mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK), NOD receptor heat protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3) signaling pathways, we reviewed the the research progress of anti-inflammatory mechanisms of oridonin in respiratory system, digestive system nervous system, kidney injury and vascular diseases, which would provide evidence for the research and development of new anti-inflammatory drugs based on oridonin.
