摘要：目的探讨补脑软胶囊对Aβ1-42诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用不同剂量的补脑软胶囊作用于经Aβ1-42诱导损伤的SH-SY5Y细胞24 h,采用Annexin V-FITC/PI流式细胞术检测SH-SY5Y细胞的凋亡情况。结果与空白组比较,模型组SH-SY5Y细胞平均凋亡率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,多奈哌齐阳性对照组及补脑软胶囊内容物中、低剂量组SH-SY5Y细胞平均凋亡率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补脑软胶囊可减少经Aβ1-42诱导损伤引起的SH-SY5Y细胞凋亡,降低细胞凋亡率。
Objective To explore the effects of Bunao soft capsule on SH-SY5 Y cell apoptosis induced by Aβ1-42. Methods Different doses of Bunao soft capsule were used to treat SH-SY5 Y cells injury induced by Aβ1-42 for 24 hours. Annexin V-FITC/PI flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of SH-SY5 Y cells. Results Compared with the blank group,the average apoptosis rate of SH-SY5 Y cells in the model group significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Compared with the model group,the average apoptosis rate of SH-SY5 Y cells in donepezil positive group and Bunao soft capsule content medium and low dose group all significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.01).Conclusion Bunao soft capsule can reduce SH-SY5 Y cell apoptosis injury induced by Aβ1-42 and decrease the apoptosis rate.
