摘要:本数据集分析了食品香料肉豆蔻中的肉豆蔻醚的潜在神经毒性,整合PubChem、TCMSP、GeneCards、HERB、OMIM、STRING、DAVID、NCBI GEO与PDB等公共资源,形成“化合物—靶点—网络/富集—表达验证—分子对接”的多层数据链。数据集包含8个表格(肉豆蔻醚ADMET信息、肉豆蔻醚靶点、帕金森病与抑郁症相靶点及交集靶点、GEO数据库验证肉豆蔻醚诱导的帕金森病和抑郁症的差异表达基因)和5张图(肉豆蔻醚摄入对帕金森病及抑郁症的毒性机制分析的PPI网络图、GO和KEGG分析结果、GEO数据库验证的肉豆蔻醚诱导帕金森病和抑郁症中相关靶点表达差异统计分析图,以及核心靶点的分子对接结果图)。该数据集可为帕金森病和抑郁症的共病风险信号筛查以及肉豆蔻醚相关的食品质量控制策略提供参考依据。
This dataset investigates the potential neurotoxicity of myristicin,a compound found in the food spice nutmeg.By integrating data from public resources including PubChem,TCMSP,GeneCards,HERB,OMIM,STRING,DAVID,NCBI GEO and PDB,a multi-layered analytical pipeline was constructed following the sequence of"compound-target-network/enrichment-expression validation-molecular docking."The dataset comprises eight tables(including myristicin ADMET profiles,predicted targets of myristicin,targets associated with Parkinson's disease and depression,and their intersecting targets,as well as differentially expressed genes validated via the GEO database for myristicin-induced Parkinson's disease and depression models)and five figures(including the PPI network for toxicity mechanism analysis,GO and KEGG enrichment analysis results,statistical analysis of expression differences for relevant targets validated in GEO datasets,and molecular docking results for core targets).This dataset provides a reference for screening comorbidity risk signals in Parkinson's disease and depression,as well as for informing food quality control strategies related to myristicin.
