摘要:目的:分析2014—2018年天水市手足口病流行特征及病原学谱,为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法:从中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统中获取2014—2018年天水市手足口病发病数据,采用描述性流行病学方法对手足口病发病资料进行统计分析。结果:2014—2018年天水市共报告手足口病5 222例,年均报告发病率为31.40/10万,年均报告重症百分比为0.42%;2015年、2018年以其他肠道病毒为主要病原体,其他各年以CVA16及EVA71型为主;发病呈明显双峰分布,每年5—7月为发病主高峰,9—11月为次高峰;天水市两区五县中,以清水县、秦州区和麦积区高发,年均报告发病率依次为72.36/10万、45.12/10万和38.19/10万;高发人群集中在5岁及以下散居和幼托儿童,男女性别比为1.59∶1。结论:2014—2018年天水市手足口病分布具有明显时空及人群聚集性,且近年来优势病原体在改变,应加强病原分型监测,针对高发地区和人群开展有效防控。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic characteristics and etiological spectrum of hand-foot-mouth Disease(HFMD) in Tianshui City from 2014 to 2018, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of HFMD. METHODS Excel 2010 database of HFMD in Tianshui City was established, and the incidence data of HFMD were statistically analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. RESULTS A total of 5 222 cases of HFMD were reported in Tianshui City from 2014 to 2018, with an average annual reported incidence of 31.40/100 000. The average annual reported percentage of severe cases was 0.42%;other enteroviruses as the main pathogens in 2015 and 2018, with CVA16 and EVA71 were the main pathogens in other years. The incidence showed obvious bimodal distribution, with the main peak from May to July and the second peak from September to November. Among these two districts and five counties of Tianshui City, the incidence was high in Qingshui County, Qinzhou District and Maiji District, and the average annual reported incidences were 72.36/100 000, 45.12/100 000 and 38.19/100 000 respectively;the high incidence population was concentrated in scattered and preschool children under 5 years old, with a sex ratio of 1.59 to 1.59. CONCLUSION The distribution of HFMD in Tianshui City from 2014 to 2018 had obvious space-time and population aggregation, and the dominant pathogens have changed in recent years. Pathogen typing surveillance should be strengthened to carry out effective prevention and control in high incidence areas and populations.
