摘要：从师承教育模式开展的基本情况、现状、成效、存在的不足、对策等五个方面对师承教育模式的开展情况进行了回顾和总结,以便今后更好的开展和推广这项工作。
The development of master-apprentice education model was reviewed and concluded in the paper from the aspect of its basic condition, current situation, achievements, shortcomings and countermeasures to further and promote the teaching model in future.
