摘要:目的建立熏倒牛药材的质量标准。方法对熏倒牛药材进行性状鉴别及显微鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定熏倒牛药材中木犀草素的含量,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(48∶52),检测波长350 nm。结果药材显微结构中导管、腺毛及非腺毛较多,还可见纤维束散在或成束分布,存在花粉粒,叶表皮细胞中可见气孔等结构。药材平均含水量为9.80%,木犀草素平均含量为0.745 mg/g。结论本试验建立的含量测定方法可用于熏倒牛药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Biebersteinia heterostemon medicinal materials.Methods The morphological identification and microscopic identification were conducted for medicinal materials.The content of luteolin in Biebersteinia heterostemon was determined by HPLC.Mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(48∶52),and detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results There were many catheters,glandular hairs and nonglandular hairs in microscopic structure of medicinal materials.The fiber bundle was scattered or binded.Pollen grains was existed.Stoma structure was visible in leaf epidermis cells.The average water content of medicinal materials was 9.80%,and the average content of luteolin was 0.745 mg/g.Conclusion The content determination method established in this experiment can be used for quality control of Biebersteinia heterostemon medicinal materials.
