摘要：非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NA-AION)是一种严重危害中老年人视功能的急性视神经疾病,该病的高发病率引起人们的重视,然而发病机制尚不明确,视乳头循环的短暂中断为其特征,因此治疗方案并不明确,本文通过回顾近年来NA-AION的中西医结合治疗方式,发现本病的治疗方式多样,改善循环药物为最常见的治疗方式,用以增加视乳头血液供应;营养神经药物以防止受损神经进一步损失;高压氧的方式增加视乳头氧供;还有最近应用的新方式免疫抑制剂;另外传统中医中药也有较好的临床疗效。现将这些治疗方式的最新研究进展做一综述,以期为NA-AION的治疗提供更广阔的思路,提倡联合用药,个体化治疗,为在不同病程内提供更多样的选择。
Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NA-AION)is an acute optic nerve disease that seriously harms the visual function of the elderly caused by artery ischemia.The high incidence of the disease has attracted people's attention.However,the pathogenesis is still unclear with short-term interruption of the optic papillary circulation as its characteristic.Accordingly,the treatment plan is not specific.This article reviews modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on NA-AION in recent years.It is found that among various treatments for this disease,circulation-improving drugs are the most common method which is used to increase the blood supply of the optic disc.Neurotrophic drugs is used to prevent further loss of damaged nerves.Hyperbaric oxygen increases the oxygen supply to the optic disc.Some immunosuppressants are used recently,and Traditional Chinese Medicine also has favorable clinical effects.The article reviews the latest research progress of these treatment methods,in order to provide broader scope of thoughts for the treatment of NA-ION Combined medication and individualized treatment are advised to provide various options for treatment of the disease in different stages.
