摘要：耳鸣为临床常见病症,由于发病机制不清,现代医学缺乏有效的治疗方法,严重影响患者身心健康,中医药注重整体调节,具有一定优势。通过临床跟师学习,归纳整理耳鸣的诊疗思路、辨证论治及用药经验,从病因病机及治法方药总结分析本病,并列举验案佐证。结果发现耳鸣诊治需首辨虚实,虚证以肾精亏损,尤其是肝肾阴虚多见,治疗选用耳聋左慈丸加减;实证以肝气郁结、气滞血瘀多见,选用逍遥散加减、通窍活血汤加减。遵循补虚泻实、标本兼顾原则,临床疗效显著,能明显缓解耳鸣及伴随症状。
Tinnitus is a common clinical disease.Due to the unclear pathogenesis,modern medicine lacks effective treatment methods,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients,and the traditional Chinese medicine that pays attention to the overall regulation has certain advantages.Through clinical study from teachers,this paper summarizes and sorts out the diagnosis and treatment ideas of tinnitus,syndrome differentiation and medication experience,summarizes and analyzes the disease from the two aspects of etiology and treatment prescription,and lists the test evidence.Results found that the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus requires the first identification of deficiency and excess,deficiency syndrome is characterized by kidney essence loss,especially liver-kidney yin deficiency.The treatment is Erlong Zuoci Pill.Excessive stagnation of liver Qi and stagnation of Qi and blood stasis are common,and Xiaoyao Powder and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction are selected respectively.Following the principle of tonifying deficiency and purging excess,taking both symptoms and root causes into account,the clinical effect is remarkable,and tinnitus and accompanying symptoms can be obviously relieved.
