摘要：由于内丹学先天杰对中医先天之气的形成和发展具有重要影响,因此文章从内丹学对先天杰的认识角度出发探讨中医先天之气的内涵与范畴。文章认为中医先天之气的内涵是先于天地万物存在的气,是阴阳未分的混沌之气,是可以在人身被内证体悟到的气。中医先天之气的范畴包括原气、元气、真气、真元、元真、真阳、元阳、祖气等,这些都是在内丹学先天无影响下形成的具有中医先天之气内涵的概念范畴。
For the significant influence of innate energy in the study of internal alchemy on the formation and development of innate qi in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this article explores the connotation and category of innate qi in TCM from the perspective of internal alchemy's understanding of innate energy.It is believed that innate qi in TCM is a qi that exists before all things in heaven and earth,a chaotic qi that cannot be separated from yin and yang,and can be realized through internal syndrome in the human body.The conceptual categories of innate qi in TCM include original qi,yuan qi,zhen qi,zhen yuan,yuan zhen,zhen yang,yuan yang,ancestral qi,etc..These are all conceptual categories with the connotation of innate qi in TCM formed under the influence of innate energy in internal alchemy.
