摘要:目的研究藏药五脉绿绒蒿抗炎、镇痛作用的有效部位及其关系。方法以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和醋酸引起小鼠腹腔炎症实验为抗炎药效学指标,以醋酸致小鼠扭体实验为镇痛药效学指标,考察灌胃高、中、低剂量的五脉绿绒蒿总生物碱与总黄酮的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果五脉绿绒蒿中所含的总生物碱与总黄酮均有一定的抗炎镇痛作用,相近剂量比较,所含总生物碱与总黄酮的抗炎作用无明显差异(P>0.05),所含总生物碱的镇痛作用明显优于总黄酮(P<0.05)。结论总生物碱与总黄酮是五脉绿绒蒿抗炎、镇痛作用的共同药效物质基础,但总生物碱的镇痛作用明显优于总黄酮。
Objective To study the antiinfiammatory and analgesia effects, and the relation of total alkaloids and total flavonoids from Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel (MQR). Methods Mouse xylene-induced auricular swelling experiment, acetic-acid-induce celiac inflammatory experiment and mouse acetic-acidinduce twisting experiment were carried out to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of low, middle, high dose of total alkaloids and total flavonoids from MQR. Results Total alkaloids and total flavonoids from MQR had certain antiinflammatory and analgesia effects. On the condition of the same crude drug dose, their antiinflammatory effect didn't have obvious disparity (P〉0.05), but analgesia effect of total alkaloid surpassed total flavonoids distinctively (P〈0.05). Conclusion Total alkaloids and total flavonoids from MQR were all pharmacodynamic substance foundation, but analgesia effect of total alkaloids outweighed total flavonoids obviously.
