摘要:目的探讨案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科理论教学中的实践。方法随机选取2012~2013级临床专业耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学生122人为对照组采用以授课为基础的学习教学;2014~2015级临床专业耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学生118人为观察组采用案例教学法教学。教学结束后通过问卷调查及考试比较评估两种教学方法。结果观察组较对照组能显著提高学生的临床思维、分析能力、归纳能力,激发学生的学习兴趣以及加深对理论知识的理解(P〈0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。实验组的病例分析成绩以及总成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论案例教学法能提高学生的分析归纳能力,提高临床思维激发学习兴趣以及加深对理论知识的理解等,能获得满意的教学效果,提高学习成绩。
Objective To explore the practice of case based learning in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery theoretical teaching. Methods 152 students of clinical specialty Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in 2012 to 2013 were randomly selected as control group,adopt lecturebased learning,152 students of clinical specialty Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in 2014 to 2015 were randomly selected as observation group,adopt case based learning. Comparative two approaches assessment through questionnaires and examinations after the teaching. Results The observation group could significantly improve students' clinical thinking,analytical skills,the ability to generalize,to stimulate student interest in learning and deepen their theoretical knowledge than the control group(P〈0.05). The observation group had higher education satisfaction than the control group(P〈0.05). Case analysis results and the total score on the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The case based learning can improve students' ability to generalize the analysis,to improve clinical thinking,stimulate interest in learning and deepen their theoretical knowledge,able to obtain satisfactory teaching effect and improve academic performance.
