摘要：目的:探讨益气养阴方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选择接受治疗的60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,对照组患者采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,研究组患者采用益气养阴方进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后眼部各项指标改变以及临床疗效。结果:治疗前后相比,中药研究组能明显改善患者视力(P<0.05),同时眼底检查评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后两组红细胞压积、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及红细胞变形指数各项指标均出现下降(P<0.05);治疗后两组SOD水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),MDA水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果良好,适用于临床。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods： 60 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects, the control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate, the study group was treated with Yiqiyangyin Decoction Treatment. Observation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of eye index changes and clinical efficacy. Results：Compared before and after treatment, chinese medicine research group can significantly improve the patient＇s vision（P〈0.05）, At the same time, the fundus examination score was lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the hematocrit, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, erythroeyte aggregation index and erythrocyte deformability index of two groups decreased（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of SOD in the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, MDA levels were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05） ,the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Decoction is effective in treating diabetic retinopathy and was fit for clinical use.
