摘要：小儿慢乳蛾是中医儿科门诊常见疾病,该病往往反复发作,迁延难愈,特别是并发症较多,可对儿童的身体健康造成严重影响。文章总结和整理了张士卿教授治疗小儿慢乳蛾的思路和经验,他认为,小儿慢乳蛾虽然病因繁变,病机交错,但是痰瘀互结,留滞喉核是导致其发病和迁延不愈的核心病机。临证时要切中病机,丝丝入扣,采取化痰消瘀,软坚散结的治疗大法。张教授善用古方,在长期的临床工作实践中悉心审视研究这一核心病机后,创制新方"消蛾化坚汤"作为治疗该病的基础方,临证斟酌增损,疗效满意。
The children chronic tonsillitis is one of the common diseases in traditional Chinese medicine paediatric clinic, the tonsillitis is easy to re-emerge and difficult to recover, it is associated with many complications and has serious effects on children’s health. This paper summarized the experience in the treatment of children chronic tonsillitis of doctor ZHANG Shiqing. He considers that the causes of children chronic tonsillitis are miscellaneous and the pathogenesis of the disease is interlaced,specifically, the phlegm and blood stasis, accumulating the tonsil are the core pathogenesis of the cause and protracted course of the disease. Clinical treatment must hit the core pathogenesis, take the treatment of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,softening and resolving hard masses. Doctor ZHANG made good use of the ancient prescriptions, he examined and studied the core pathogenesis in the long-term clinical practice, he created a new formula named Xiao’e Huajian Decoction as a basic formula to treat the disease and the clinical effect was satisfactory.
