摘要：目的:探讨中药复方制剂增骨丸对去卵巢大鼠骨代谢的影响,并与己烯雌酚(DES)进行疗效比较,以试图揭示其作用机制。方法:将32只未交配8月龄雌性W istar大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、DES治疗组及增骨丸治疗组。除假手术组(仅摘除一段肠系膜),其余大鼠均行双侧卵巢摘除,给药3个月后同时处死,取出胫骨上段行不脱钙骨形态计量学分析。结果:增骨丸与己烯雌酚都能够改善骨质疏松症模型大鼠的骨计量学指标,增加最终形成骨量。与己烯雌酚比较两者作用机制不同,增骨丸主要是抑制去卵巢大鼠的骨吸收,对骨形成无明显抑制作用,而己烯雌酚则主要是明显抑制大鼠去卵巢后引起的骨高转换。结论:增骨丸有预防去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的作用,增骨丸与己烯雌酚两者效应基本一致。
Objective ：To explore the effect of Chinese drugs Zenggu pill（ZGP） on bone metabolism in deovary rats, and compare with diethylstilbestrol（DES） to try to reveal the mechanism. Methods： 32 Wistar female rats were randomly divided into four groups： the sham group, the model group, DES treating group and ZGP treating group. The sham rats were exercised a small part of Mesentery. The other rats were ovariectomized bilaterally. All rats were killed after three lnonthes. The proximal tibia of rats were processed its unclecalcified section for bone histomorphometric analysis. Results： DES inhibitied the high bone turnover of deovarian rats, but ZGP mainly inhibitied bone resorption restrained and had no obvious inhibition to bone formation. Conclusion： ZGP has effects on preventing bone loss in deovarian rats. The effect of ZGP and DES is identical basically.
