摘要：从唐以前、唐与五代、宋、明清四个阶段的中国与朝鲜半岛医学交流史来看,中医学不仅促生了'东医'体系的诞生,而且具有其独特的卫生、文化和经济外交价值。卫生上,不仅可对面临困境的现代医学提供一定的借鉴意义,而且在对外医疗援助上也发挥着举足轻重的作用;文化上,中医可较好地避免'意识形态'障碍,通过中医孔子学院'以医代文',对外传播中国文化;经济上,在'一带一路'倡议下,'以医带药'可推动我国健康产业的加速发展。此外,外交对中医传承与发展亦具有重要作用。
From the history of medical exchanges between China and the Korean Peninsula in the four stages of the Tang, Five Dynasties, Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) not only gave birth to the 'Eastern Medicine' system, but also possessed its unique health, culture and economy Diplomatic value. In health, TCM not only can provide some reference to the modern medicine facing difficulties, but also play an important role in medical assistance to foreign countries;In the cultural, Chinese medicine can better avoid the 'ideological' obstacles,and through the Chinese medicine Confucius Institute ' Promoting culture by medicine' to spread Chinese culture abroad;Economically, under the 'The belt and Road Initiative',though the 'Medicine to drive medicinal materials' can promote the accelerated development of China’s health industry. In addition, diplomacy also plays an important role in the inheritance and development of TCM.
