摘要：郑魁山教授是我国著名针灸学家,是当代针灸领域手法派的杰出代表。他将家传针法与《内经》《金针赋》等书中针法融会贯通,创立了独具特色的郑氏针法。郑氏针法中以产生寒热针感为目的的有烧山火、透天凉、阳中隐阴、阴中隐阳、进火补法、进水泻法、热补法、凉泻法以及用于特殊穴位的"过眼热""穿胛热""透脊凉"等针法。郑魁山教授在几十年的临床实践中创立的温通疗法在临床得到了广泛的应用,治疗效果显著,本文对郑魁山独创"温通针法"在近五年的实验研究与临床应用进行总结,因该手法在实验研究中较临床研究少,所以此文以临床研究总结为主。
Professor Zheng kuishan is a famous acupuncturist in China and an outstanding representative of the technique school in the field of contemporary acupuncture.He integrated the needling methods of his family and those of neijing,ode to the golden needle and other books,and created the unique Zheng needling method.Zheng’s needling method aims to produce the sensation of cold and hot needles,such as burning mountain fire,penetrating the cool sky,Yin in the Yang,Yang in the Yin,bolstering by fire,flushing by water,bolstering by heat,cooling and purging by cooling and so on.Zheng Kuishan professor in decades of clinical practice WenTong therapy has been widely used in clinical,treatment effect is remarkable,this article will be to Zheng Kuishan original"WenTong stitch"experimental research and clinical application in nearly five years summarizes the application,because of the relatively less clinical research in experimental research,this article mainly clinical research summary.
