摘要：因民族身份的印记和民俗习惯的差异,少数民族农民工城市社会适应面临着城乡流动和跨民族交往的双重挑战与考验,显得更加复杂和敏感,给城市带来新的社会问题,加大了城市民族工作的难度,引起了学术界和政府的广泛关注。文章在以往注重推动少数民族农民工市民化、融入城市社会的研究基础上,重点关注少数民族农民工的发展,选取西北地区兰州市少数民族农民工为研究对象,通过建立和完善少数民族农民工城市适应的衡量指标体系,定量研究现阶段城市少数民族流动人口城市适应的影响因素,挖掘少数民族农民工城市社会适应的对策建议,为相关部门进行科学决策提供参考依据。
Due to the difference of national identity and folk customs,the urban social adaptation of ethnic migrant workers is facing the dual challenges and tests of urban-rural mobility and cross-ethnic communication,which is more complex and sensitive,bringing new social problems to the city,increasing the difficulty of urban ethnic work,and arousing the academic circles’ and the government’s widespread concern. On the basis of previous studies on promoting the citizenization and integration of ethnic migrant workers into the urban society,taking Lanzhou City in Northwest China as the research object,this paper focuses on the development of ethnic migrant workers and establishes and improves the index system of urban adaptation of ethnic migrant workers. It quantificationally studies on the influencing factors of urban adaptation of migrant population of urban minority nationalities at this stage,excavates the countermeasures and suggestions of urban social adaptation of migrant workers of ethnic minority nationalities,and provides reference for relevant departments to make scientific decisions.
