摘要：敦煌《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》是藏于敦煌千佛洞中的中医临床内科专著,所载方剂61首,涉及中药66对。蕴含很多治疗脾胃病常用对药,包括缓急滋阴药对、理气止呕药对、补益气血药对、温热苦寒药对、清胃止吐药对、健脾渗湿药对。这些药对具有健脾益气,和胃降逆,调理气机,消导助运,消胀止泻的功效,临床治疗厌食、腹泻、食滞发热、脾虚疳积、呕吐、泄泻、脘腹痛、积滞等脾胃病具有一定疗效,并且传承了唐代以前辨治脾胃疾病的临床经验,具有重要的医学价值。
Fu Xing Jue Zangfu Yong Yao Fa Yao,which has been collected and stored in the Thousand Buddha Caves of Dunhuang,is a TCM clinical internal medicine monograph.It contains 61 prescriptions and 66 drugs pairs of Chinese medicines.There are a lot of commonly used medicines for treating Spleen and Stomach diseases,including medicines for relieving spasm and nourishing Yin,medicines for regulating Qi and anti-vomiting,medicines for replenishing Qi and blood,medicines of warming and cooling,medicines for clearing Stomach and antiemetics,medicines for strengthening Spleen and Dampness.These medicine pairs have the effects of invigorating Spleen and replenishing Qi,reducing the adverse Qi of Stomach,regulating Qi mechanism,eliminating swelling and reducing diarrhea.In clinic,all of them can be used to treat anorexia,diarrhea,food stagnation,fever,spleen deficiency,malnutrition,vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain,stagnation as well as other Spleen and Stomach diseases.They can achieve certain curative effects,by inheriting the clinical experience of treating Spleen and Stomach diseases before the Tang Dynasty,and has important medical value.
