摘要：《四部医典》与《阿维森纳医典》分属藏医和阿拉伯医学经典,两部经典都把尿诊视为诊断疾病的方法之一。文章以《四部医典》与《阿维森纳医典》中尿诊文献作为背景和基础,通过《四部医典》和《阿维森纳》的尿诊理论背景、尿诊时间、尿诊方法等方面进行比较,分析总结异同之处。讨论《四部医典》和《阿维森纳医典》中尿诊的各自特点,探索新的历史时期藏医和阿拉伯医学的结合点和交叉点,为提出传统尿诊的未来发展思路提供理论依据和研究线索。
The Classics Medical Classics and the Avicenna Medical Classics belong to Zang and Arab medical classics,both of which regard urine diagnosis as one of the methods for diagnosing diseases.This article takes the literature of urine diagnosis in the Four Medical Calssics and the Avicenna Medical Clssics as the background and basis,and compares the theoretical background,time and method of urine diagnosis in the Four Medical Classics and the Avicenna Medical Classics to find out the similarities and differences.This paper discusses the respective characteristics of urine diagnosis in the Four Medical Classics and the Avicenna Medical Classics,explores the combination and intersection of Tibetan medicine and Arab medicine in the new historical period,and provides theoretical basis and research clues for the future development of traditional urine diagnosis.
