摘要:目的 优选黄芪产品半固体制备工艺。方法 采用单因素试验及正交试验优选黄芪的最佳提取液,以黄芪浓缩液、木糖醇、复配胶及柠檬酸的加入量为考察因素,以产品的感官评分为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化黄芪产品半固体制备工艺。结果 黄芪的最佳提取液工艺为料液比1∶10,提取时间1 h,提取次数3次。黄芪产品半固体最佳制备工艺为黄芪浓缩液加入量11.0%,木糖醇加入量9.0%,复配胶加入量1.0%,柠檬酸加入量0.11%。结论 该研究所制备的产品半固体呈半透明,工艺简便易行,具有一定的开发应用前景。
Objective To optimize the semi-solid preparation process of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)products. Methods Single factor test and orthogonal test were used to select the best extract of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),taking Huangqi(Astragali Radix)concentrate,xylitol,gel and thickening agent and citric acid as the investigating factors,and the sensory score of the product as evaluation The index uses Box-Behnken response surface method to optimize the preparation process of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)semi-solid products. Results The best extraction process of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)was material-liquid ratio(1∶10),extraction time 1 h,and extraction times 3 times. The best preparation process for semi-solid Huangqi(Astragali Radix)products:added amount of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)concentrate at 11.0%,xylitol at 9.0%,gel and thickener ratio at 1.0%,citric acid at 0.11%. Conclusion The semi-solid product prepared in this research is semi-transparent,the process is simple and easy to implement,and has certain development and application prospects.
