摘要:目的:合成和表征两种新的黄芩苷稀土配合物。方法:将配体黄芩苷溶于吡啶中,分别加入Y(NO3)3.6H2O,Ce(NO3)3.6H2O,回流10h,生成目标化合物。用红外光谱、紫外光谱、元素分析对配合物进行表征。结果:合成了黄芩苷-铈和黄芩苷-钇配合物。结论:首次合成的黄芩苷-铈和黄芩苷-钇配合物有望开发成为潜在的镇痛与抗炎新药。
Objective:To synthesize and characterize two novel complexs of baicalin with rare earth elements.Method: Rare earth complexs of Baicalin have been synthesized by the reaction of rare earth chloride with Baicalin in pyrrole.The complex was characterized by IR andUVspectra,as well as elemental analysis.Result:The baicalin-Ce and The baicalin-Y complexs has been firstly successfully synthesized.Conclusion:The baicalin-Ce and The baicalin-Y could become promising analgesic and anti-inflammation agents.
