摘要：中国的糖尿病患病率正在逐年递增,并且正朝年轻化发展。中国糖尿病患病人数居世界首位,其中又以2型糖尿病为主,近年来得到社会的广泛关注。如何控制血糖及其相关指标,积极、科学、有效地治疗2型糖尿病,减少2型糖尿病其并发症的致残率和死亡率,提高患者的生活质量,一直是国内外研究的热点。目前,随着国内外对2糖尿病发病机制的不断研究,中西医在治疗2型糖尿病有其独特的优势,近年来国内外在中西医治疗2型糖尿病已取得相关进展。本文结合相关国内外文献报道,对中医、西医两方面认识和治疗本病的研究进行综述,以期对临床及科研提供参考和指导价值。
The prevalence of diabetes in China is increasing year by year,and it is becoming younger.The number of diabetic patients in China ranks first in the world,among which type 2 diabetes is the main type,which has received widespread social attention in recent years.How to control blood sugar and related indicators,actively,scientifically and effectively treat type 2 diabetes,reduce the disability rate and mortality of type 2 diabetes and its complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,has always been a hot spot in domestic and foreign research.At present,with the continuous research on the pathogenesis of diabetes at home and abroad,traditional Chinese and Western medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.In recent years,relevant progress has been made in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in Chinese and Western medicine at home and abroad.This article combines relevant domestic and foreign literature reports to review the research on understanding and treatment of this disease in two aspects of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,in order to provide reference and guidance value for clinical and scientific research.
