摘要：中医药疗法对糖尿病肾病具有显著优势。“肾主血”是血与肾气、肾精、肾阴、肾阳及津液之间关系的高度概括。糖尿病肾病以精血亏虚为本,肝肾失和,痰、热、瘀、浊俱生,相互转化积聚成毒结于肾络。当归、红芪是临床益气补血的常用药对。文章从“肾主血”探讨糖尿病肾病及当归、红芪药对治疗糖尿病肾病的机理,以期为临床治疗糖尿病肾病提供思路。
Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.“Kidney governing the blood”is a high summary of the relationship between blood and kidney qi,kidney essence,kidney yin,kidney yang and fluids.Diabetic kidney disease is based on deficiency of essence and blood,loss of harmony between the liver and kidney,and the growth of phlegm,heat,stasis,and turbidity,which transform each other and accumulate into toxicity in the kidney channels.Angelica and Red Astragalus are commonly used to benefit qi and nourish blood.This paper discusses the mechanism of diabetic kidney disease and the effect of Angelica and Red Astragalus on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease from the perspective of“kidney governing the blood”,in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
