摘要：红芪和黄芪同科异属,功效作用相同,临床多通用,是最常用补气药之一。通过对近10年来红芪和黄芪免疫调节和抗氧化作用相关的对比研究进行归纳综述和对比分析,结果显示,红芪和黄芪均具有显著的免疫调节和抗氧化作用,且红芪免疫调节作用强于黄芪,抗氧化作用与黄芪相似。表明红芪和黄芪在抗氧化作用方面临床上可以互换使用,而前者在免疫调节方面的临床疗效可能较后者具有一定优势,且红芪补中益气药效作用可能强于黄芪。
Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) and Huangqi (Astragali Radix) come from the same genus, have the same effect and are more common in clinical practice. They are one of the most commonly-used Qi-tonifying drugs. This paper summarized and compared the comparative studies on the immune regulation and anti-oxidation effects of Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) and Huangqi (Astragali Radix) in the past 10 years. The results showed that both Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) and Huangqi (Astragali Radix)had significant immunomodulatory and antioxidant effects,and the immune regulation effect of Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) was stronger than that of Huangqi (Astragali Radix). It was indicated that Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) and Huangqi (Astragali Radix)were clinically interchangeable in terms of anti-oxidation effect,and the clinical efficacy of the former in immunomodulation may have certain advantages compared with the latter,and Qi-tonifying and middle-supplementing effect of Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) may be stronger than that of Huangqi (Astragali Radix).
