摘要：目的:评价甘遂辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、重庆维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed、Cohrance和Embase获取所有涉及甘遂辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的随机对照试验和半随机对照试验,根据Jadad评分标准评价纳入研究文献的质量。采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man5.2软件进行分析。结果:7篇文献符合纳入标准,共计507例患者。meta分析结果显示,治疗组较对照组可降低总体病死率,中转手术率,并发症的发生率,且可缩短血、尿淀粉酶转阴时间,腹痛症状改善时间和平均住院时。结论:甘遂在治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的临床疗效值得肯定。
Objective： To assess the efficiency of Gansui in the treatment of paient with Severe Acute Pancreatitis. Methods：Wesearched CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,CBMdisc,Pub Med, Embase database by computer.Randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） and quasi-ran-domized controlled trials（quasi-RCT） of clinical therapentic studies on Gansui for the treatment of SAP were included. According to theJadad score standard evaluation into the quality of the studies,the data was taken by the Cochrane pensonnel providing Revman5.2 on meta an-laysis. Results： Seven trials involving 507 participants were included. Meta analysis indicated that the treatment group had the tendency ofreducing early deaths, shortening the course of treatment, reducing the incidence of hyperamylasemia, and reducing the mean hospitalizationstay. Moreover, the duration of abdominal pain and distension were shortened, and conversion to operation rate and incidence of complica-tions of SAP were reduced significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion： Meta analysis showed that treatment group was more ef-fective than control group in improving symptoms of SAP. This suggested that the clinical effect was positive.
