摘要：何炳元教授用清法辨治热毒蕴结性皮肤病,注意透邪外出、寓透于清,取其开闭、泄毒、转气、透热之功,既清泄火毒,又开门逐邪,事半功倍。
Professor He Bingyuan lay stress on expelling pathogenic factors from the exterior and expelling pathogenic while clearing heat when differenting and treating fire-toxin accumulating of dermatosis by heatclearing method. Through effect inducing resuscitation, expelling pathogenic, circulating qi and expelling heat, tile heat-clearing method is both clearing away the fire-toxin and dispelling pathogenic. It may get twice the result with half the effort.
