摘要:以马铃薯新大坪脱毒苗为材料,通过正交试验设计,研究光照时间(h/d)、光照强度(lx)、温度(℃)、BA浓度(mg/L)、NAA浓度(mg/L)、蔗糖浓度(%)对马铃薯脱毒苗的影响,以马铃薯脱毒苗的株高(cm)、茎粗(mm)、叶片数、生根数、根长(cm)、丛生芽数为考察指标,结果表明马铃薯脱毒苗的最佳生长条件为光照时间、光照强度、pH、温度、NAA浓度、BA浓度和蔗糖浓度分别为14h/d、2000lx、5.8、20℃、0.05mg/L、0.01mg/L和2.5%。
For the material to the New Potato Daping virus -free plantlets through orthogonal experimen- tal design to study the irradiation time ( h/d), light intensity ( Ix), temperature ( ℃ ), BA concentration ( mg/ L) ,NAA concentration (mg/L), sucrose concentration (%)the potato shoot in plant height (cm), stem di- ameter ( mm), number of leaves, root number, root length ( cm), the number of clustered buds visits indica- tors, the results show that the optimal growth conditions for potato shoot illumination time, light intensity, pH, temperature, NAA concentration, BA concentration and sucrose concentration, respectively for 14 hours/day, 20001x,5.8,20℃ ,0. 05rag/L,0. 01mg/L and 2. 5%.
