摘要：何天有教授所创“靶向”针法,经过不断完善与深化,形成了一套以“靶位-靶线-靶点-靶向”为核心的针刺方法。其在操作中强调明辨病位、确定靶位;根据经脉循行及“经脉所过,主治所及”的原则确定靶线;基于靶线与穴位的特性,结合辨证论治及配穴经验,遵循“腧穴所在,主治所在”的治疗原则锁定靶点;结合靶点及针刺手法确定靶向,使得气至病所,发挥精准强效的治疗效果。该法对中风后吞咽障碍、慢性咽炎、神经性耳聋等病位明确、病机复杂的疾病具有显著疗效。从该针法的发展源流、操作方法及其在临床中的应用现状进行分析,旨在传承和发扬郑氏针法学术流派思想,为临床针灸治疗提供新的思路与方法。
The“Targeted”acupuncture method,as developed by Professor He Tianyou,has undergone continuous improvement and deepening,resulting in the formation of a set of acupuncture methods with a core concept based on the“target position-target line-target point-target direction”framework.In its operation,the method places emphasis on identifying the location of disease and determining the target position.This is achieved by determining the target line according to the circulation of meridians and the principle of“where the meridians pass,the main treatment is there”.The target point is then locked based on The characteristics of the target line and the acupoints are combined with the experience of diagnosis and treatment and the matching of acupoints,and the therapeutic principle of“where the acupoints are located,the main treatment is there”is followed.In accordance with the characteristics of the target line and acupoints,as well as the experience of diagnosis and treatment and point matching,the target point is locked in accordance with the principle of“where the acupoint is located,where the main treatment is located.”This method has been demonstrated to have a significant therapeutic effect on diseases with a clear location and complex pathogenesis,including post-stroke dysphagia,chronic pharyngitis and neurodeafness.This paper will analyse the development and origin of this method,its operational methodology and its current application in the clinic.The aim is to contribute to the academic discourse surrounding Zheng’s acupuncture and to provide new ideas and methods for clinical acupuncture treatment.
