摘要:高校是一个多系列、多层次的有机系统。要实现高校各项工作有序运作,关键是要搞好管理。在诸多的高校管理对象中,人是最重要的因素,只有管好人,才能管好事。在造就现代人才的高校,实施"柔性管理"就是对高校各种资源尤其是"人才资源"优化利用的一种有效策略!通过大量文献对"柔性管理"与"刚性管理"进行一定的比较研究,说明了高校管理实施以人为中心的柔性管理的必要性、重要性,并提出如何在高校实施柔性管理的一些方法和举措。
Institution of higher learning is a serial organism at all levels.To carry out its work in order,the core is to pay more attention to its management.Among the various targets of the management of institution of higher learning man has priority over others.As long as man is well-managed,the problem of managing things will become very easy.Since the aim of institute of higher learning is to train qualified personnel,carrying out flexible management is an efficient strategy to optimize all resources of institute of higher learning,especially human resources! Through making a contrasting comparison between flexible management and inflexible management with adequate literature,the article shows the necessity and importance of carrying out flexible management.What's more,it puts forward some measures to carry out flexible management at college.In the end,the article gets a conclusion: Ultimate aim of management at college is to struggle for flexible management!
